Who should I hire to do maintenance on my condo?

I am purchasing a condo unit in Tallahassee, FL, and will be renting it out to college students. I was wondering if there were certain companies that offered maintenance services.

For example – I can call them when the sink breaks, or when the air conditioning stops working. Sort of a fix-it-all handyman
